Tiraz Exchange Policy
At Tiraz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy below for exchanges and refunds:
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the order is delivered, however, the items eligible for exchange must be unused and in their original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- This policy applies to non-sale items. For items that are marked as “for-sale” or “discounted”, the exchange will be allowed only for valid reasons (e.g., damaged products), and processing time may be longer than usual.
- Requests for exchanges made after 14 days are subject to the discretion of the management.
- No cash refunds will be issued. Instead, you will receive a coupon/credits of equivalent value, redeemable on our online store.
- We strongly recommend checking the size chart before making a purchase. However, if a product doesn't fit, you may exchange the size (if unused and in original condition). A delivery charge of Rs. 400 will apply.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for international shipments due to higher shipping and additional costs involved. However, eligible claims for defective garments shall be compensated in the form of store credit for future purchases.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Tiraz has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock.
